June / July 2008 - This was a big milestone of a month for The Tone King.

- First - Bugera Amps recognizes The Tone King, and now has TTK reviews right up on their home page. Click HERE to visit Bugera Amps website.

- We also ran a FULL video set of the Micro Series Tube Heads, with a headliner video called '10 amps in 10 minutes'.

- We got some great coverage on Fender's Dave Murray Strat.

- Awesome coverage on the Line 6 HD100 / Bogner design Tube Amp head, including a first ever, TTK blooper (gotta see that one).

And, for July - we'll be covering in detail, the amazingly affordable Bugera 1990 and 1960 model amps. In addition - we'll take it a step further, and shoot them off to the Marshall equivalents (the JCM 900 and 1959 Super Lead MKII).

1/2009 - We'll boys & girls - here's what's going on in January - First, I am going to see what's new after NAMM. NAMM is being held in Anaheim CA, Jan 15 - 18th. This is when all of the new gear hits the street (or at least; gets announced). So, February will be a much busier month for reviews. Until then January will be in a TBA state, but of course, you know I'll be sneaking in lots of cool stuff :-), so stay tuned. Oh - and if you are a Sabbath / Iommi fan - you will be in luck, I have a suprise coming your way.

December 2008 - TTK gets to deliver a Limited Edition Minarik Gold Top to Alexa & Vinny Vetere.

12/2008 - Alrighty boys & girls. December was quite the month.

- I put together some new style 'You Guess which is modded' videos.

- Gave y'all a Christmas / Holiday gift of 'How to set up your new guitar & tune that pesky Floyd'.

- Provided some indepth coverage of The Vypyr & Sanpera II footswitch.

- Also provided some Line 6 tips & tricks (run 2 in stereo, how to get some sustain & harmonics, and a 'closer look' into the Spider series).

- I was also able to sneak some of the Neal Moser line into December.

- And, got a nice review of the Eminence Lynch Super V in there!

- The cherry on top for The Tone King was delivering a Limited Edition Minarik Goldtop to Alexa & Vinny Vetere for Christmas. Check out the 'In Print' section to see some pics!

10/2008 - TTK introduces 2 new sections to The Tone King website. 'Girls of The Tone Lounge' and 'Friends of The Tone King'. Each month, TTK will be adding a new girl, and a new friend. October 2008 goes out to Marita & Tony / Goetic Circle.

10/2008 - The Tone King is all about brining value to the table, and does so by showing off the Dan Armstrong AMG100 axe. Removable pickups at an affordable price? Yes ... this is the axe for you! 10/2008 - TTK makes another run at the Michael Kelly line, showing off the MK Nostalgia 60 SJCE - setting a new, affordable standard for acoustic guitars.

10/2008 - TTK Shows one wild axe ... the BC Rich Perfect 10 Bich. Displayed on the BC Rich Website.

9/2008 - BC Rich honors The Tone King by putting together a joint TTK / Kerry King Banner Ad Promotion on Guitar World website.

8/2008 - Harmony Central recognizes The Tone King with a Press Release that hits 50 million unique visitors per month.

8/2008 - BC Rich picks up The Tone King's review of the Kerry King Signature Series Wartribe and puts as reference on the main BC Rich website and their Official MySpace site.

8/2008 - The Tone King teams up with Blackheart in a TTK YouVote shoot-out style review. Blackheart wants to step in the ring, and is going to let the 'Tone Lounge' viewers decide which amp will be the contender.

Summer 2008 - TTK as Feature article on Minarik E-Letter - blast to over 500 movers and shakers in the 'biz'.

7/2008 - Ed Roman Custom Guitar Shop in Las Vegas picks up The Tone King's review of the ER QuickSilver. TTK goes live on Ed Roman's website.
